Beautiful NWT Sleeveless Blouse! Kentex Urban Outfitters, Sz-L, Cream/Lite-Beige

This light cotton sleeveless blouse is so elegant and cool! Perfect for a hot summer day or it would be nice under a cardigan or denim jacket. It has a button front and small ruffle detail around the collar and arm openings. This runs very small though and even though it says “L” I’m guessing it’s more of a S or M in USA sizes. It measures 17.5” across the front (from bottom of arm holes) and length is 22” from shoulder to hem.
