Beautiful Navy Blue LOFT Mid-Calf Dress with Wrap High/Low Hem

This dress is in wonderful shape. Only worn once or twice. It is flowy with thin white stripes and has a becoming tie at the waist. One of the thread loops that holds up the tie when it is not being worn came loose (just needs a stitch or two to repair if preferred but not required for wear). Made of viscose material.
