Worn only once! Beautiful appliqué flower design along the bottom. Flattering pleats and seams. Built-in boning to give structure to the top. Removable straps that were stitched in but could easily be taken out for a strapless look. Love the sweetheart neckline ❤️ Shimmery blue fabric looks beautiful in the light. Fully lined. Tag says size 6, but it was professionally altered so is a little smaller--I'm right on the cusp of 4 and 6, so this would fit a bigger 4 or a smaller 6.
