Beautiful Party Dress W/Fitted Bodice & Full Skirt

This is such a beautiful Lela Rose dress on and perfect for Year round dressing. This was part of the Neumann Marcus for Target designer collection, which unfortunately didn't catch on, it is a gray, fuchsia & charcoal water color rose print. The dress is fully lined with a tulle slip, which could be cut out. The bodice has a knotted front is sleeveless with full skirt. The dress comes with a skinny faux leather belt. This dress has never been worn and has all tags attached. Cami NOT included
