Beautiful Peacock Dress Costume

My daughter wore this gorgeous costume one time only and it’s in excellent condition. The top is separate, in a shiny royal blue stretchy fabric. The crinoline skirt is handmade and originally costed around $80. It can fit a range of waist sizes. I made the feather embellishment - all real peacock feathers. Same with the hair accessory. It clips on and stays well.
