Beautiful Pleated Vintage Off White Lace Dress

This dress features a mesh and lace scoop neckline, floral stretch belt with snaps (removable) and pleated skirt with one layer of soft tulle attached. It is a size small item. Mannequin is 35 bust 28 waist. Would hit around knee 22 inch skirt. Without belt the item hands like a swing dress. Worn only 3 times. Needs a little steaming.
