Beautiful Rare Vintage Striped Boucle Nautical Navy/Cream Coat 1960s or 1970s

A perfect, stunning vintage coat for a seaside stroll along a boardwalk. I believe this may be wool with polyester lining, but not sure. I found this gem in a secondhand shop and never let go, until now. It is the kind of item that has no label, and a history of its own (including the tag showing it was made by the international ladies garment workers' union). My guess is that the coat was re-lined at some point. This is single-breasted coat, thigh-length with darts at the bust, slight flare but mostly cut straight. Squarish buttons with rounded corner and raised detail. This is the kind of item that definitely has been much loved, with its own history--and wear and tear to go with it. Because of that, please note the moments of wear and tear. Buying this will definitely mean accepting that it has gone through decades of use, but hopefully you appreciate it for its striking, unique design. Final photos show the fraying hem, and the timeworn imperfections in the collar. (The pictures have the imperfections circled so you can see them). There are similar but much more minor tiny imperfections. Poshmark makes us enter an "original price" but I have no idea what the original price was. Put in $150 as a guess.
