@studio808 hello! so sorry for the late response! the fabric is stretchy, the fabric is surplus fabric and the content is unknown (listed on the tag). the measurement in the middle of the top is 12 inches when buttoned (24 both sides and top of shirt is 14'5 inches. I can add pictures to the listing if you would like to see the measurements and the tag as well!♡
