Beautiful Rosed Floral Plus Party Dress

Beautiful floral party dress. Cool and breezy. Neckline is wider and I believe could be worn on shoulders or off shoulders. I have it pinned in pictures as my display is much smaller. It is a true 3x. Elastic under bust/waist and neckline is not tight but will hold in place. The front hem is higher than the back. This cascades down in the back. NWT Elastic waist side to side about 19 1/2" unstretched Neckline elastic side to side about 22" Center elastic to bottom hem about 23" shortest and 38" longest We are a non-smoking and pet friendly home.
