Beautiful Royal blue dress

This beautiful heart shaped dress is a must with spring rolling in. In pictures it looks more of a darker blue but in person it's more royal blue. No flaws, perfect condition. Armpit to armpit 13.5 inches. Top to bottom 31.5 inches. No tags but would say it fit Size 0-4. 💙
