Beautiful Sajen Sterling Silver Mermaid Pendant with Blue Green Caribbean Quartz

This is a rare and beautiful large Sajen 925 sterling silver Mermaid Pendant that is jeweled with a vibrant blue green, cushion cut Caribbean quartz. I am not sure what the hand-carved, 3 dimensional mermaid disc stone is made of, but it has vibrant color and beautiful iridescence! I believe it also is some kind of a quartz gem. This piece measures 1.61 inches in diameter or 41.1mm., and weighs 21.7 grams. It is hallmarked Sajen 925 and it is in new condition and was never worn. This pendant is pictured next to a US quarter for size comparison. Circa 1990s.
