Beautiful Soft Flowing chiffon hip accented party dress. Sleeveless Bodice drop v-neck and low hip hanging flowing skirt, with satin flower at left to slight dip opening at leg. Skirt flow highlighted with satin pleated ribbon around entire dress. Fully lined, polyester chiffon blend. Good condition. One time wear - tea party- great for dancing and soft activities(?).
