The Halo dress is a statement all-over holographic sequins piece. It features a ruffled off-shoulder neckline, that sits comfortably with elasticated detailing and ties as a halter neck. It's full length and features a ruffle detailing at the hem. I bought a size too big and can't return it. I ordered a UK12 and it would suit a US 6 (I'm usually a US 4-6).
