Beautiful Tibi New York Dress with Peacock Feathers

Isn’t she cool, funky and GORGEOUS!?? I know you can wear with heels or boots , but why not with your bellbottoms , a great hat , and a chunky heel of choice ?? SAWEET! That’s my favorite to “ hippify “ whatever gets in my hands! The sleeves are a 3/4 length ( 17 inches from the edge of the shoulder and down ). Also I don’t know about you but I’m a sucker for peacock feathers and Tibi! Side zipper Size X-small Full measurements Bust 32-34 no more than a C cup The most important measurement is the under bust which is 26 but can stretch to a 28 .Don’t want to give this up but it’s time.
