Beautiful! Tracy Negoshian Peacock Design Dress With Black Trim & Silver Zipper

Tracy Negoshian Peacock theme dress. The design is peacock feathers in bright blue, with black and white accent colors. Front neckline zipper , and each sleeve has a wrist zipper. Trimmed in black faux leather., around the neckline and sleeve zippers. This is a size small is in very excellent used condition but, missing the material and wash instructional tag. From my search the material is 100% polyester and washable on the cold delicate cycle and I have air dried this piece.
