Beautiful Tracy Reese NY Macaw Green Dress, NWT, M

This dress goes with the coat I just listed. None of this has been steamed, sorry. I tried to show the unique parts of the dress. It has gussets under the arm so the ruffle extends from the shoulder to below the gusset. It is lined in a blush color that is beautiful. The back ties with a silk grosgrain ribbon with beads at the end. The bust, from top of the gusset to the other side, is 19.5" Stunning outfit all together.
