Beautiful Trish Scully Fancy Dress

This beautiful dress from Trish Scully is new without tags. I bought it from the company and it was too small and couldn’t be returned. My daughter only tried it on. It has a lace top attached to a tulle skirt that is fully lined underneath the layers. There’s a little tulle and rhinestone belt attached. The color is white, leaning towards cream. It looks like a princess dress! Please see measurements because I feel it runs very small! Measurements: Pit to pit- 13 in stretched Length from shoulder- 30in Length from waist- 18in
