Beautiful Vintage 1990s Missoni Knit Pencil Skirt Pink Red Brown Black

Colors: dusty pink, dark red, light and dark brown, ivory, a bit of very dark eggplant and/or black. Full lining in stretchy dark brown fabric, 2 back slits, Elastic waistband, Straight fit, Approx. knee length, Pull on. Tags say: Missoni made in Italy. Size 44 (please see measurements to ensure fit). The fabric content label is missing. The lining may be silk or polyester. Outer fabric is softer than most wool, and a little fuzzy so I suspect a wool/mohair blend. I cannot guarantee fabrication. Skirt is in very good vintage condition showing little evidence of wear. There may be some very slight pilling that you can probably just trim off. The lining is in great shape, but there are some missing stitches around the inside of waist on bottom row of stitches in 2 places. Please see last photo with the lining, it’s on either side up by the waist. This doesn’t show when worn, and doesn’t detract from the beauty. Measurements are taken with garment laying flat and doubled as appropriate. Measurements are of the garment itself with it resting and slightly stretched. The fabric is stretchy but I am not stretching as far as it will go. Please keep in mind that you have to pull it on, so the waist will have to stretch to go over the hips. Waist: 28-30” (stretches a maximum of 36” to get over the hips when pulling it on) Hips: 38-40” **but the waistband only stretches to 36”, so your hips will probably need to measure 36” or less Overall length: 23.5” *crossposted*
