This gorgeous vintage sheath dress features a separate, heavily beaded top. It appears to be custom-made. The tag reads "Modelle's, KPO Box 6695, Hong Kong." Very good condition. There is no sizing indicated, so please check measurements. I typically wear a size 10 and it is a little too small for me.
