Beautiful Vintage Button Up Blouse (Transparent, Velvet, and Popcorn Materials)

I love this blouse but I just don’t wear it enough 😭 It IS transparent; it’s made out of strips of velvet, that popcorn shirt material, and that see through mesh-like material. It is marked a small, but it definitely has a baggy fit for a small in the body. I would consider it more of a medium. The floral detail is so pretty, and it is a deep blueish purple color.
