@sydney_1604 It probably depends where you like them to hit on your ankles. I'm almost 5'4" and they fall really nice on me, about an inch above the ground (without shoes on), so they look great with flats OR heels. The rise is approx 11.5 inches, and hits me about 1.5" above my belly button.
