Beautiful Vintage Chinese Embroidered Blouse

This beautiful button down blouse has self-covered buttons, gathered short sleeves, side vents, and gorgeous, extensive and detailed cut work embroidery on front, collar and sleeve edges. There are no maker or fabric content tags. Only a small size tag 14. My best GUESS is this is a silk/cotton blend. The body fabric has tiny raised dot texture that is difficult to capture in the photos.
