A beautiful example of 1940’s hat design…brown velvet tam with a leather or faux leather bow and green lining in perfect condition. This is a gorgeous hat that can be worn with a vintage OR a modern look and will look amazing! The Designer is Lucila Mendez, who was a prolific New York hat designer from the 1930’s to the 1980’s. Which is why you will see prices all over the map. Size M, 10” so will fit a 20”-21” head, because of a tiny bit of stretch.
