Beautiful Vintage Goldtone Bird Brooch w/Faceted White Gem Eye

Fantastic vintage goldtone (no stamp and there is a tiny section of gold worn away under tail feather) bird brooch (bird of paradise?) with faceted white gem (cz? rhinestone?) eye. I didn't find either composition or maker stamps. This brooch has beautiful heft and movement in the sculpture. If I ever, ever wore it, I'd keep it, but I don't, so it should find a home with someone who will!
