Beautiful Vintage Navy and Beige Cape Wool Waist Coat

Stunning!!!! Beautiful unique vintage 100% Wool jacket!! Zips up the inside, can be worn like that highlighting the cape effect, or buttoned up for more warmth! Beautiful hood as well. The outside blue layer is in beautiful perfect condition. The inside tan layer has a few spots/discolorations, and the collar has a small stain.
