Beautiful Vintage Positive Influence Belted One Piece Dress w/ a Peplum Top w/Pleating This is very reminiscent of the 1940's era, so pretty! A truly a one of a kind dress from the 1980's-1990's. This dress has it all-Shoulder pads, pleading on the chest, & a peplum waist! Finished with a pencil style simple design bottom. The belt is removable and in good vintage condition. There are small snaps for closure on the top portion and 2 buttons to close the bottom. The fabric tag is removed ,but it feels to be polyester. There is no size but I have the measurements pictured. It appears to be a size 4 .
