Beautiful Vintage spandex A-Line skirt dress with ruffles, satin and chiffon!

This is a very flattering Vintage A-Line party dress complete with ruffled chiffon accents and a ruched elastic belt with buttons on elastic hooks. It is super stretchy with spandex. It is form fitting and hugs in just the right places!! Has never been worn! Whoever gets this one will be one of a kind and the belle of the ball!! I wish I was younger so I could wear it!!
