Beautiful White and Gild Cocktail Dress

Is halter neck cocktail dress is so modern and fun! The tag says size 4 but it’s been altered to about a size 0-2 (about a chest 32, waist 26, hips 37). All minor markings are photographed (there’s a spot on the clasp and some pilling I haven’t tried to remove either — could be an easy fix).
