Beautiful Wrap dress with Fluttering Sleeves

Reposhing this item I purchased from @venus899. Loved it, but ready to rotate for something new. Very pretty summer wrap dress in a vibrant saturated blue with a small white flower print Same kind of cut and quality of Reformation dresses (I own plenty of 300-400 dresses from ref and I’m certain on quality) Excellent condition,100% Rayon fabric makes it super soft and especially great for sensitive skin. It hits right below the knee for me, but I am petite 5”0 so this might me more of a mini dress for someone taller I’m sure. Questions? Leave a comment below!
