NWOT Black embroidered lace style trim at the neck with tint accordion style pleats going down from the top about 13 in. The tiny pleats go most of the way down the sleeves and then flow out into the larger ones to form the bell style sleeves at the bottom. At the 13 in , the top goes into the larger soft pleats the go to the bottom. Hope you can tell by the picture. The top is hard to describe. Really pretty! 10 photos
