Handmade tutu dress originally designed to look like a green tropical parrot. Could be left as is or easily converted to a Mardi Gras’s style outfit. Crochet top is fully lined. On mannequin with a 24 inch chest with a lot of stretch left over. Dress is approximately 23 inches in length in front and 31 inches in back.
