Beautiful aqua blue halter a-line prom dress

Only worn twice and dry cleaned after each use. Bought for $450, asking $75 but please make an offer, I’m willing to negotiate:-) as shown in the picture, on the back of the dress one of the top loops is broken but could easily be fixed by someone with minimal seamstress skills. It was bought as a size two, I am an athletic/pear build but I (as a size 10 in jeans) was able to wear this as my top half is very slim so it is very versatile with size.
