Beautiful billabong tye dye bodycon mini w fringe sleeves NWOT

one of my favorites that I never got a chance. to wear before gaining weight! super dope billabong body con tye dye mini dress with lovely fringe detail along the sleeves in a size medium. I especially love the style of tye dye on this piece.. on a related side note, the tags were on this for a while but fell off while in my closet, I recall one of them saying that when being washed for the 1st time, it should be washed alone so it doesn't end up dyeing other clothes.. best to do this practice at least 1 time, twice to be certain unless just washing with blacks.
