Do these have scratches? Are they distressed leather?

@dgarcilaso there’s a scratch on the right toe, it’s been there since I originally purchased them. I haven’t tried to polish it out. I wouldn’t call them distressed, but the color of the leather is made to look worn if that makes sense (not shiny polished leather)
