Beautiful black Vintage fabric satchel bag

I don’t know how to describe it so I will let the pictures speak for themselves this purse/bag is beautiful and in perfect condition honestly I don’t think it was ever used. Inside is a satin fabric outside is a crinkly black fabric with piping the rope has no frays there are no snags and no ware on this purse. Measurements are seen in pictures the overall length of the purse from the top of the strap when hanging is almost 29 inches
