Beautiful black and blue lace cocktail dress

Flattering seaming with a bit of stretch. Great condition and so flattering. The lining under black lace is blue. V in front and back. I’m 5” y’all snd the dress lining hits me at the knee with a 2 inch gap of shear lace below.
