Beautiful black dress with white sleeves definitely pops out size small.

This black-and-white beautiful dress is a size 5 petite. Perfect dress for the workday or a nice dinner out I love the black and white contrast. Looks great with a pair of pumps or a nice pair of flats. Bought it for my sister but the arm area was a little bit too tight. Never been worn out would love to see this dress get the attention it deserves. 😊
