Beautiful black flowy blouse/tie back with bottom and sleeve design

Lined with silky material underneath. Bottom and sleeve have a fancy detail and back has a tie closure. New without tags, I bought this online and this does not fit like a 4xl, fits more like a 3x or maybe XXL in my opinion. Very nice quality, never worn!!
