Beautiful black high low dress with sparkly bow

This one has been a favorite for years! Only worn on special occasions this dress is like brand new! Measures 28in in the front and 44in in the back for a dramatic but beautiful high low! The material is very light and flowy but scrunchied sparkly waist and big black bow! Great for special occasions, dances, a fancy night out, or even a funeral! Doesnt have a size but it fits a 0 to 2!
