shelley787 A few questions: -What's the measurement from top of waist to bottom of hem? -Does the skirt have embroidery? The 2nd pic kind of looks like it does. -Does the skirt have 2 layers? Looks like it might. Thanks for your help!

peenoi @shelley787 Thank you for shopping at my closet,measuring from the top to waist to bottom of hem is 22 1/2, yes it embroidered,yes it is two layers, no not elastic, waist 321/2, and yes pleats. If you buy all of my skits like this picture,I will sell for less. Hope you buy my stuff. 😊
