Beautiful blue and white long dress, size 12

Designer Vince Camuto. I bought this for an event where I was on stage at a convention. It is gorgeous and flowing, but very flattering and fitted at the top. There is a built-in slip for modesty, as well as a belt that ties around the middle. This can be worn to a wedding, an evening event, a summer party… It is very versatile.
