Beautiful blue blouse with Bea's detail

This blouse is perfect for work. It's flowy and not form fitting. The beading can seem a bit heavy but it looks amazing on. I don't believe any beads are missing, just stretched out a bit. 3/4 sleeves with elastic (picture).
