Gorgeous plunge neck bright blue dress with beautifully colored mosaic design. Light flowy stretchy material. Gathered waist slims middle. Ruching along sleeve. I'm 5'6" and with cute high heeled nude sandals the dress came to an inch above my knee. It's bit sheer against bright light - I wore a nude dress shaper underneath. So many compliments when I wore it. Bought it at upscale boutique. Excellent condition.

chris810 @kcoker3335 sorry for the delay. It's difficult to tell you since the dress' material is dependent on its stretch. Lying flat the bust is 12 inches. Lying flat the waist is 14. I put it on and it still has more give on both areas. My bust is 34C and 27" waist. I hope that helps.
