Beautiful blue dress

This strapless deep v dress is a beautiful blue. In the skirt is tulle with hints of green which sorta gives a slight peacock vibe to it but not really. Then there is a simple silk like belt that separates the intricate top to the simple bottom. The top is a deep v that is bedazzled. Comes with a tulle scarf. Only worn once
