Beautiful blue formal dress

Worn once for a military dinner! Sits just above the knees, beautiful light blue color with light blue lace over the shoulders and top of the back. Also has beautiful embroidery! Zips up in the back, has light padding inside and lace over the outer layer. Great condition!
