Beautiful blue maxi dress

This lovely blue maxi is all about the detail! the cummerbund waist gives it a flattering shape and the stretch panel in the back gives it flexibility for bust size, and guess what.. it has pockets! this dress was purchased at Anthropologie and is very gently used with only some minor pilling around the arm.
