Beautiful blue party dress

Gorgeous blue dress with lighter blue flower details. The flowers have some sparkle to them. Very flattering. Spaghetti straps are not adjustable. There is a zipper in the back and the material has some stretch to it. It is approximately 32 inches long. The only minor visible flaw is on the left strap (see last pic), otherwise a few thread issues on the inside of the dress which cannot be seen while wearing.
