Beautiful blue teal tunic/shirt dress

This item is so comfortable with a stretchy soft ribbed fabric! The color is a mix of aqua blue and teal and a pattern that gives a little bit of shimmer. The cuffs of the arms and the bottom are gathered with a ruffle look. This can be a worn as a tunic or as a dress. On someone who's approximately 5-ft tall the bottom hem hits just above the knee.
