cbclaire @dinakeough Hey Dina - I am so sorry that I missed your earlier message! There is no stretch to the fabric itself, but there is some "stretch" built into the shirring at the shoulders and the waist is elastic. When the dress is laid flat, the waist is about 13" across the front. Overall, the dress is about 39.5 " long. Let me know if you need anything else!
