Beautiful boutique lace dress

Beautiful vintage boutique lace dress worn once for graduation in 90s. Lace in good condition. No major visible rips or holes. Some minor wear from age. Tag has faded, but I’d estimate that this is a size 8. Bust is approximately 17.5” across, waist 16” across. There are some small green dots from safety pins left under the arms for 20 years. Dress recently hand cleaned and air dried, and it handled it really well. See photos for tags and measurements.
